WHAT DID I DO
Create a stop-motion animation of a fable or short story: my group chose Aesop's Fable 'The Ape and The Two Travelers'. I constructed two of the puppets for our animation: 'The Ape King' and 'The Frog'. The puppets were constructed using aluminium wire, high density foam, milliput, plasticine and recycled fabric found at the Scrap Store in Tooting.
Additionally, I worked with my team to construct our jungle sets. We used a lot of recycled materials, such as toilet paper rolls, tissue paper, foam board, colourful string and painted using acrylics.
As well as helping to animate, I also did the editing for our final film using Premiere Pro - I used my sister as the story's narrator.
