WHAT DID I DO
Over the summer, I decided to create a creature sculpt from monster clay as this was something I was unable to fulfil during my third year at university due to the lockdown in March.
I sculpted the the majority of the sculpt with monster clay, as well as, using fine mesh to shape the thin ears. However, I also wanted to add a 3D sculpted element to this sculpt, so for the mandibles I digitally sculpted them in Zbrush and then 3D printed them using my resin printer. I am really pleased with the final result and I was so glad to be able to merge both physical and digital sculpting techniques together.
